Baker's Bundle

Our three best sellers, together for the first time - the full setup for anyone starting their sourdough era:

The Complete Sourdough Kit - our fast-activating sourdough culture, Launchpad heat mat, rattan banneton basket, bread lame, dough whisk, silicone spatula, dough scraper & bread bag.

The Bread Oven - enamelled cast iron Dutch Oven, built for the big oven spring and the crackly crust.

Simple Sourdough book - our favourite sourdough book, and the one one recommend to anyone starting out. Clear, calm, zero waffle from two of the best bakers in the business.

The real thing, made properly, by you. Fair warning: the first loaf is a gateway loaf...
